How selling works
- 1. Tell us about your phone: message the model, what is wrong with it and a photo of the damage on WhatsApp, or use our sell page.
- 2. Send it or arrange collection: we send a free label for posting from anywhere in the UK, or collect from you in Brighton and Sussex.
- 3. Get paid: we pay on the same day we receive your phone, plus an extra £15 when you sell by post.
Faults we can quote on
- Cracked or broken screens
- Damaged or smashed back glass
- Poor battery life or a battery that will not hold charge
- Charging port faults
- Other faults: message us what is wrong and we will tell you if we can make an offer
Repair or sell?
Sometimes a repair is worth more than selling as it is. Tell us the model and the fault and we will tell you which makes sense. Before you send it
- Back up what you can
- Sign out of iCloud or your Google account, and switch off Find My
- Remove your SIM and any memory card
- Factory reset the phone if it still turns on

Message us the quote in writing, with the model, storage and condition it was for, and we will beat it by £5 whenever our price allows it. Our price match promise covers a written or screenshot quote from a UK phone buyer, dated within the last 7 days, for the same model, storage and condition (private sales and auction listings do not count), and the phone must match your description when we check it. Whoever you sell to, check three things first: is the price cash or store credit, can it change after inspection, and how long until the money reaches you. We will tell you exactly how and when you would be paid before you send anything.
