Who We Are

The service is run by Ahem, a repair technician with a serious track record behind him. He started his career at iSmash as a mobile phone repair technician, building experience across a wide range of phones and tablets, then spent three years working as an Apple Independent Repair Provider technician and a Google and Samsung Authorised Level 2 Engineer, carrying out manufacturer approved diagnostics and repairs.

He worked his way up to Advanced Technician, then Head Technician, then Office Head Technician, overseeing repair operations and supporting other engineers. After years inside the industry he set out on his own with a different approach, bringing that same standard of repair directly to people's doors rather than asking them to come to a shop.
