- 2. Send it or arrange collection: we send a free label for posting from anywhere in the UK, or collect from you in Brighton and Sussex.
- 3. Get paid: we pay on the same day we receive your phone, plus an extra £15.
What you need to do before you send it
- Back up your photos and data
- Sign out of iCloud or your Google account
- Remove your SIM and any memory card
- Factory reset the phone
