- 1. Tell us about your phone: message the model, storage and condition on WhatsApp or use our sell page to get a quote.
- 2. Send it or arrange collection: we send a free label for posting from anywhere in the UK, or collect from you in Brighton and Sussex.
- 3. Get paid: we pay on the same day we receive your phone, plus an extra £15 when you sell by post.

What decides your iPhone price
- The model and the storage size
- The condition of the screen, back glass and frame
- Battery health (Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health)
- Whether it is unlocked, and whether iCloud and Find My are switched off
- Whether it works fully: cameras, Face ID, speakers and charging
Before you send your iPhone
- Back up your photos and data
- Sign out of iCloud and switch off Find My iPhone
- Remove your SIM
- Erase All Content and Settings (Settings, General, Transfer or Reset iPhone)

Message us the quote in writing, with the model, storage and condition it was for, and we will beat it by £5 whenever our price allows it. Our price match promise covers a written or screenshot quote from a UK phone buyer, dated within the last 7 days, for the same model, storage and condition (private sales and auction listings do not count), and the phone must match your description when we check it. Whoever you sell to, check three things first: is the price cash or store credit, can it change after inspection, and how long until the money reaches you. We will tell you exactly how and when you would be paid before you send anything.
