- 1. Tell us about your device: message the model, storage and condition on WhatsApp.
- 2. Get an offer: we confirm what we can pay before you send or hand anything over.
- 3. Get paid: on the spot at your door in Sussex once we have checked it, or the same day we receive it by post, plus an extra £15.
What decides the price of an iPad or Apple Watch
- The model, size and storage or case size
- Screen and frame condition: cracks, scratches and dents
- Battery health and whether it holds charge
- Whether Wi-Fi only or cellular, and whether it works fully
- Whether iCloud and Find My are switched off
Before you hand it over
- iPad: back up, sign out of iCloud, switch off Find My iPad, then Erase All Content and Settings
- Apple Watch: unpair it from your iPhone, which removes the Activation Lock and wipes it
- Remove any SIM card and take off bands and cases you want to keep
