- Worn-out batteries (12-month warranty)
- Charging ports that are loose or not working
- Rear camera glass and back glass
- Water damage checks
We repair iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel phones, and if we can’t fix it, you don’t pay.
How to pack your phone safely
- Back up your phone before you send it.
- Remove your SIM card and case.
- Wrap the phone in bubble wrap or soft packaging so it can’t move around in the box.
- Use a small, sturdy box or padded envelope.
- Include a note with your name, phone number and the fault.
Selling instead of repairing?
If your phone isn’t worth fixing, you can sell it by post instead. We pay the same day we receive it, plus an extra £15 for sending by post.
