1. Doorstep Repair Services
Our mobile repair services are designed for ultimate convenience. By booking a repair, you understand and agree to the following:
- Booking & Location: You must provide an accurate address within our designated UK coverage areas. Our technician will perform the repair inside a specialized service vehicle or a safe designated space at your location.
- Data Responsibility: While our technicians take utmost care, data loss can occasionally happen during complex electronic repairs. It is entirely your responsibility to back up all personal data before handing over the device. 3DS Mobile Direct is not liable for any data loss.
- Pre-Repair Assessment: The technician will test the device before starting. If any secondary issues or underlying damage (such as liquid entry) are found, we will quote an updated price before proceeding.
2. Selling Your Device to Us
When you use our online portal to request an instant cash offer for your device:
- Accurate Grading: The instant cash quote generated online is an estimate based on the condition grade you select.
- Physical Verification: Our final payout will only be released after a live inspection by our on-site technician. If the physical condition, storage capacity, or functionality doesn't match your submission, we reserve the right to offer an adjusted quote or cancel the deal.
- Legal Ownership: You certify that you are the lawful owner of any device you sell to us. We strictly do not buy blacklisted, reported lost, or stolen devices. All incoming devices are screened through official UK device databases.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: 3DS Mobile Direct cooperates fully with local law enforcement agencies. Any attempt to sell reported stolen or blocked property will result in immediate cancellation, and details will be shared with relevant authorities.
3. Warranty & Liability
We believe in quality craftsmanship and offer protection on our fixes:
- Warranty Coverage: We provide a structural parts-and-labor warranty on our mobile repairs. This specific duration only applies strictly to the exact components replaced (e.g., a new screen or battery replacement).
- Exclusions: The structural warranty becomes immediately void if the repaired device is subjected to subsequent accidental drops, physical impacts, display fractures, or water damage.
4. Cancellations & Modifications
If you need to change your schedule or cancel an existing call-out appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours prior to your selected timeframe via text, phone call, or WhatsApp, so we can re-route our service technicians smoothly.
