On newer iPhones, Apple may show an “Unknown Part” or “Genuine Apple Part” notice in Settings after a screen is replaced. We explain the screen options before we start so you know exactly what is being fitted.

Will I lose my data?
A screen replacement does not normally affect your data, but we always recommend a backup before any repair.
Will Face ID still work after a screen repair?
Yes. Face ID is not part of the screen, and we test it before we finish.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every screen repair comes with a lifetime warranty. It does not cover new accidental or liquid damage.
